Video Transcript | Greg Laker: We understand how sexual trauma causes physical changes to the brain. We have trained all of our staff so that they can better understand and empathize with our emotionally fragile clients.
Sarah Hurley: Establishing safety and rapport is vital with these victims. You have to do that, really, immediately so that the victim can feel comfortable with pursuing their perpetrator and with choosing the firm or the partner with whom they work to represent them and advocate on their behalf.
Going through this training helps to establish practical tools to be able to build that trust immediately.
Greg: We understand how brave our clients have to be to come forward and to tell their horrific stories.

I think that they’re a leader in this field. I would absolutely love to see more firms within the legal field step up to the plate.
