Justin C. Kuhn Named Partner at CohenMalad, LLP
CohenMalad, LLP is pleased to announce Justin Kuhn has been named partner. Justin is a personal injury attorney who focuses his practice on medical malpractice matters. He represents people who have been injured by physician and healthcare worker negligence including dental malpractice. Justin served on the litigation team that represented more than 260 patients against a cardiology group that was performing unnecessary cardiac procedures, including cardiac stenting and pacemaker implants. That litigation resulted in a settlement of over $66 million.
Justin is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyer Association. He has been recognized as a 2021 Thomson Reuters Indiana Super Lawyer Rising Star. Justin is a graduate of Indiana University and earned his law degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
