Irwin B. Levin Named the Best Lawyers® 2016 Indianapolis Class Action- Plaintiffs “Lawyer of the Year”
Cohen & Malad, LLP is pleased to announce that Irwin B. Levin was named the Best Lawyers® 2016 Indianapolis Class Action- Plaintiffs “Lawyer of the Year” by Woodward/White Inc. Mr. Levin is the managing partner at Cohen & Malad, LLP and focuses his practice on representing plaintiffs in class action litigation. He was one of ten lawyers from around the nation appointed to an executive committee that managed the historic litigation against Swiss banks on behalf of Holocaust survivors in the late 1990s. Mr. Levin also served as Co-Lead Counsel in antitrust litigation against the concrete industry in central Indiana as well as the state of Iowa.
