Amina A. Thomas Joins Personal Injury Practice at CohenMalad, LLP
CohenMalad, LLP is pleased to announce Amina A. Thomas has joined the firm’s personal injury practice as an associate. Amina will be working with partner and practice group chair Gregory L. Laker in representing victims of nursing home abuse and neglect, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. She will also be joining the firm’s sexual abuse litigation team that includes partner and practice group chair Gregory L. Laker who fights on behalf of survivors of sexual abuse in the civil justice system.
Amina earned her law degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law where she served as the Secretary of the Health Law Society and earned a Graduate Certificate in Health Law, concentrating on topics such as health care law and policy, bioethics and law, elder law, and health care fraud and abuse.
