Cohen & Malad, LLP Investigating Claims from Amazon “Prime Now” Drivers

Cohen & Malad, LLP class action attorneys are investigating wage claims from people hired by Amazon to deliver products to its customers via Amazon “Prime Now” same-day shipping service. Delivery drivers claim that Amazon has misclassified them as independent contractors rather than contract employees, failed to pay them for hours worked including overtime, and failed to provide the full amount of tips left by customers even though the mobile application stated full tips will be paid to drivers.

Amazon offers same-day delivery service in 24 metropolitan areas, including Indianapolis. If you or someone you know is a delivery driver for Amazon through its “Prime Now” same-day shipping service, contact us to speak with a class action attorney.
