Lynn A. Toops Appointed Lead Counsel in Eskenazi Data Breach Litigation

Toops as Lead Counsel for Plaintiffs in data breach litigation against Eskenazi Health in Indianapolis, Indiana. This litigation involves claims the hospital failed to properly secure personal and confidential information of tens of thousands of patients, which ended up for sale on the dark web.
As Lead Counsel, Ms. Toops will be responsible for leading all the pre-trial proceedings on behalf of all plaintiffs and coordinate efforts of the Plaintiff Executive Steering Committee to conduct pre-trial discovery.
