Edward B. Mulligan V Named Partner at Cohen & Malad, LLP
Cohen & Malad, LLP is pleased to announce Edward “Ned” Mulligan V has been named partner. Ned’s practice includes mass tort product liability litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, and business litigation. Ned has served on multiple trial teams, secured favorable decisions from multiple state and federal trial courts, and served in leadership roles in several multi-district litigations and class actions, including Co-Lead of the Narrative Committee in In Re: Zofran (Ondansetron) Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2657 (D. Mass.) and Class Counsel in Price et al. v. BP Products North America, Inc., Civ. No. 12-cv-06779-RWG (N.D. Ill.)
Ned has been named to the Indiana Super Lawyers Rising Stars list by Thomson Reuters every year since 2013. Ned also received the Indiana Lawyer newspaper’s Leadership in Law “Up & Coming Lawyer” award in 2015. He currently serves as counsel to the Board for the Indianapolis Bar Foundation and as Cohen & Malad, LLP’s pro bono coordinator. Ned is a graduate of Dickinson College and earned his law degree at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
