Brett B. Thomas Joins Business Litigation Practice at CohenMalad, LLP
CohenMalad, LLP is pleased to announce Brett B. Thomas has joined the firm’s business services, real estate & business litigation practice as an associate. Brett began his legal career in criminal litigation serving as a Public Defender in Marion County Court where he developed considerable trial experience. He then focused his practice on civil litigation and represented business owners in a variety of matters as well as individuals in personal injury lawsuits. Brett will be working with our business services, real estate & business litigation team on matters ranging from business disputes and dissolutions to entity formation and lease negotiation.
