Cohen & Malad, LLP welcomes new attorney Ashley Hadler. She will be working with partner and practice group chair Gregory L. Laker in representing victims of nursing home neglect, medical malpractice, traumatic brain injury, and wrongful death. Ashley returned to Indianapolis to join the firm after representing seriously injured people in Chicago and northern Indiana for the past four years. She is focused on advocating for victims of nursing home neglect and abuse who have suffered injuries as a result of falls, pressure sores, malnutrition and dehydration, physical and sexual abuse. She will continue to pursue the rights of injured people throughout Indiana and Illinois.
Ashley is an alumna of DePauw University where she was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity. She earned her law degree at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law with a concentration in Health Law. She has been recognized as a Thomson Reuters Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Star each year since 2015 and was recently named a 2017 Emerging Lawyer.
