Andrea R. Simmons Joins Medical Malpractice and Sexual Assault Practice Areas at CohenMalad, LLP
CohenMalad, LLP welcomes Andrea (Andi) R. Simmons to the firm’s Medical Malpractice and Sexual Abuse practice areas as an Associate Attorney, where she will focus on serving victims of these cases.
Additionally, Andi has extensive experience in all stages of litigation involving personal injuries, as well as insurance policyholder disputes in numerous states. For more than 30 years, Andi has litigated a variety of cases in Indiana and federal courts. She is also experienced in working with children and teens who have sustained severe physical and emotional injuries, or who have witnessed catastrophic injuries to others.
Andi is a veteran officer of the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corp, serving with the Third Armored Division in Germany. Outside of work, Andi is an active volunteer for and past President of the Zionsville Farmers Market. Learn more about Andi and her practice here.
