Dan’s work related to traumatic brain injury victims is extensive. He is a member of the Executive Committee for the Brain Injury Association of America (BIAA) in Washington, D.C.  He served as the Board Chair in 2014-2015, leading the organization’s efforts throughout 30 state and affiliate chapters.

Dan is a member of the Brain Injury Association of Indiana (BIAI) Executive Committee in Indianapolis, Indiana. This organization works at the local and state level to advocate for the rights of people and their families who have been impacted by traumatic brain injuries.

VIDEO: May 2018- Dan Chamberlain talks to WRTV6 about a wrongful death lawsuit he filed on behalf of an Indianapolis family. A man died after he jumped into a retention pond to save his 3 year old daughter who was sitting in a parked 2008 Pontiac G6 that slipped out of gear and rolled backwards into the water. It was later determined that the vehicle was the subject of a manufacturer recall.
