Jordan Baptist School Teacher Facing Charges of Sexual Misconduct with Students
Shannon Griffin has been charged with criminal sexual assault and other charges after investigators with Illinois Cook County Sheriff’s office conducted a month-long investigation of the teacher. Authorities state the inappropriate conduct began in 2013 and continued until March 2019. Griffin is said to have engaged in sexual conduct with a student and sent nude pictures and videos of herself as well as requested nude pictures from the student and at least one other student. Griffin is a prekindergarten teacher at Jordan Baptist School in Burbank, Illinois. The status of her employment at the school is unknown at this time.
