Marion Superior Court Certifies Class Hubler Chevrolet Sales Associates
On December 30, 2019, the Marion Superior Court certified a class of Hubler Chevrolet Sales Associates and appointed CohenMalad, LLP as class counsel in a lawsuit bringing claims against Hubler Chevrolet for allegedly failing to pay sales commissions to sales associates. The lawsuit claims that the dealership failed to pay sales associates their full commissions by deducting previously paid hourly wage payments and by miscalculating the percentage of gross profit to pay for sales commission.
