Centra Credit Union Faces Lawsuit Over Improper Overdraft Fees
CohenMalad, LLP filed a class action lawsuit against Centra Credit Union for allegedly charging improper overdraft fees to its checking account members. The lawsuit alleges Centra Credit Union charged overdraft fees to customer accounts when the accounts did have a sufficient balance to pay the transaction.
