Indiana Legal Services and Indiana State Bar Foundation Receive $90,000 donation from Cohen & Malad, LLP Class Action
Cohen & Malad, LLP class action attorneys are happy to announce a distribution of $90,000 in unclaimed settlement funds will be split between Indiana Legal Services and the Indiana State Bar Foundation. The unclaimed settlement funds are part of a class action Cohen & Malad, LLP filed against Celadon Trucking for overcharging truck drivers for fuel charges. The court approved the distribution of these unclaimed funds to Indiana Legal Services and the Indiana Bar Foundation. These funds will help Indiana Legal Services provide access to justice for people who otherwise could not afford it. The donation will also aid the Indiana Bar Foundation in its mission to support the activities and programs of the Coalition for Court Access and its pro bono districts.
