Cohen & Malad, LLP class action attorneys are investigating Lindell Bank for allegedly charging improper bank fees to its checking account customers. The investigation involves the practice of charging overdraft fees on accounts that weren’t actually overdrawn, multiple non-sufficient funds fees (NSF fees) on a single item as well as charging ATM fees to customers who performed balance inquiries at ATMs outside of the Lindell Bank network.
