Questionable charges on Chattanooga Gas utility bills

Confused about charges on your Chattanooga Gas utility bill? Customers who have noticed charges from Chattanooga Home Solutions or Pivotal Home Solutions for Chattanooga on their bills want answers. Our attorneys have investigated customer complaints and want to talk to you.

Pivotal Home Solutions or Chattanooga Home Solutions IS NOT your utility provider. It is a third-party, private company that sells “utility line repair plans” for electric, gas, plumbing, outside water and sewer lines. These are optional plans that have nothing to do with whether or not you receive utility services from Chattanooga Gas. These services are sold through confusing and deceptive telephone solicitations and end up on your monthly utility billing statement. Customers who have noticed these charges and called for an explanation of charges or to have this service stopped often find themselves in a call loop and never speaking to anyone who can provide answers or stop the service.

Class action lawsuits have been filed in Indiana against these third-party entities that deceive customers into purchasing these unnecessary and worthless “utility line repair plans”.

Contact us now by email or phone to discuss your potential claim.
