- Meet Elizabeth
Elizabeth M. Hyde is an associate at Cohen & Malad, LLP, and a member of the firm’s class action practice group. She works on a variety of litigation including improper banking fees, data breach, and other consumer protection matters.
Elizabeth was a law clerk at the firm prior to joining Cohen & Malad, LLP as a full time associate. She worked on class action litigation and assisted in research and document review for defective medical device and drug litigation in the firm’s mass tort practice group.
A former high school English teacher, Elizabeth decided to go to law school so that she could help more people. While in law school, Elizabeth served as an extern at the Indiana ACLU, at Indiana Legal Services in their housing rights section, and at the Indiana Supreme Court where she externed for The Honorable Steven H. David.
