Conner is a member of the firm’s Business Services, Real Estate, and Business Litigation practice group. He is an experienced trial lawyer who focuses his practice on representing Indiana businesses in disputes involving vendors, contractors, landlords, employees, and more. Conner also helps his business clients with contract drafting and review, lease negotiation and collection of judgments owed.
Prior to joining Cohen & Malad, LLP, Conner represented state agencies and state employees as a Deputy Attorney General. Conner gained extensive litigation experience in federal and state court defending 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claims and alleged violations of the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act (RLUIPA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Rehabilitation Act (RHA).
Outside of his legal practice, Conner enjoys traveling, golfing, skiing, backpacking, and practicing the cello and guitar. Conner is a proud Eagle Scout and member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity.
