Cohen & Malad, LLP Investigates Toyota Sienna Minivan Safety Complaints

Cohen & Malad, LLP attorneys are investigating claims for owners of Toyota Sienna minivans where the sliding door can open while the minivan is moving which puts them and their passengers at risk for serious injury. Toyota Motor North America, Inc. issued a recall of approximately 744,000 2011 – 2016 Model Toyota Sienna vehicles for a sliding door latch malfunction. The manufacturer states that the sliding door motor circuit could be overloaded and allow for the door to open while the vehicle is in operation. It does not appear that a fix for the defect has been found yet.

If you or someone you know owns a 2011 – 2016 Toyota Sienna minivan, call us at 317-636-6481 to speak to a class action attorney or contact us via internet. Our class action attorneys would like to gather information from you.
