TD Bank Faces Lawsuit Over Allegedly Improper Checking Account Fee Charges

Cohen & Malad, LLP attorneys have filed a class action lawsuit against TD Bank  for allegedly charging improper fees to its checking account customers. The lawsuit alleges TD Bank charges its customers multiple insufficient funds fees on a single transaction. These fees often fall disproportionately on racial and ethnic minorities, the elderly and the young, many of whom regularly carry low bank account balances.

If you or someone you know banks with TD Bank and has been charged overdraft or insufficient funds fees, contact us. Our class action attorneys can discuss this lawsuit and your legal rights and options.
