Nissan Recalls Nearly 100,000 Murano Crossover Vehicles for Faulty Brakes
Nissan Motor Company is recalling nearly 100,000 Nissan Murano midsize crossover vehicles after numerous crash reports indicated a faulty part in the antilock braking system contributed to collisions according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). This recall affects 2009 and newer models. A valve in the antilock braking system may malfunction and reduce the vehicle’s ability to slow down or stop and increase the risk for a crash.
