Nissan Recalls Nearly 100,000 Murano Crossover Vehicles for Faulty Brakes

By Cohen & Malad, LLP

Nissan Motor Company is recalling nearly 100,000 Nissan Murano midsize crossover vehicles after numerous crash reports indicated a faulty part in the antilock braking system contributed to collisions according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). This recall affects 2009 and newer models. A valve in the antilock braking system may malfunction and reduce the vehicle’s ability to slow down or stop and increase the risk for a crash.

Cohen & Malad, LLP class action attorneys are investigating claims by people who own 2009 or newer model Nissan Murano crossover vehicles. If you or someone you know owns one of these vehicles, contact us.
