Cohen & Malad, LLP, Carney Bates & Pulliam PLLC, and Gallagher & Kennedy have filed a class action lawsuit against LifeLock, Inc., for allegedly failing to provide promised identity theft protection services to its customers. The company offers customers several different monthly service plans that are supposed to protect and notify customers of identity theft. LifeLock’s plans also allegedly offer financial reimbursement and assistance in correcting instances of identity theft. This lawsuit claims LifeLock customers fell victim to identity theft and fraud without receiving alerts from LifeLock and further did not receive sufficient assistance or reimbursement for their losses.
