Indiana Members Credit Union Faces Lawsuit For Improper Overdraft Fees
Cohen & Malad, LLP filed a class action lawsuit against Indiana Members Credit Union on behalf of its members who have checking accounts and have been charged improper overdraft fees. One example of improper overdraft fees included in the lawsuit involved a member that was charged multiple overdraft fees for the same transaction when the account never had a negative balance or overdraft.
