Evansville Doctor Accused of Fondling Patients Has Medical License Revoked – Cohen & Malad, LLP Representing Victims of Sexual Misconduct
James E. Jenison, M.D., of Evansville, IN recently had his medical license revoked by the Medical Licensing Review Board of Indiana. The board made their decision after an administrative hearing where the state of Indiana presented testimony from five victims who claimed that Jenison inappropriately touched them during medical examinations. Despite denying the allegations, Jenison’s license was ultimately revoked on February 8, 2023.
Jenison had previously been suspended and asked to resign from Ascension St. Vincent back in 2019 following an investigation into these allegations of inappropriate conduct. The complaint also claims that when Jenison later filed for renewal of his medical license, he answered ‘no’ to a question that asked if he had ever been suspended.
