The Commercial, Real Estate and Business Services Group at Cohen & Malad provides services to local and national lenders, businesses and individuals in the areas of collection, finance, foreclosure, REO, real estate sales, acquisition and leasing; business formation, mergers, sales and acquisitions; buy-sell agreements; lender workouts.

The group also handles disputes for individuals and businesses involving buying or selling real estate and real estate related disputes such as eminent domain, liens, boundaries, partition and contracts.
