Case No. 49D03-0109-CP-1464, Marion County Indiana, Superior Court, Civil Division, Room No. 3. The Court certified a nationwide class under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and appointed Cohen & Malad, LLP as class counsel. Following certification, the parties entered into nationwide settlement providing class members with benefits worth over $1.5 million.
