Human Rights - In re: Holocaust Victim Assets Litigation

United Stated District Court, Eastern District of New York. Cohen & Malad was one of ten firms in the United States selected to serve on the Executive Committee in the prosecution of a world-wide class action against three major Swiss banks to recover assets from the Nazi era. This litigation resulted in a $1.25 billion settlement in favor of Holocaust survivors.
