Associate Jeff Gibson was interviewed and quoted in an article appearing in the January 27, 2010 edition of the New York Times.
The article discusses the connection between the use of pain pumps in shoulder joints after surgery and chondrolysis which is the destruction of joint cartilage.
Gibson stated, "It's a failure-to-warn case." ... "Instead of warning the public, they hid the information." He was referring to the pain pump manufacturers.
