Brian joined Cohen and Malad in 1999, and is a Partner.
Brian concentrates his practice in the area of Family Law. He believes constant communication with his clients and his availability to quickly and effectively deal with any family law emergencies to be the cornerstone of his practice. He is in court on a daily basis, representing the best interest of his clients, and believes that thorough preparation is the key to success in the courtroom.
In 2004, Indianapolis Monthly Magazine named Brian a Super Lawyer among Family Law Attorneys, one of 26 attorneys in the state of Indiana. Brian also received the distinction of Super Lawyer in 2003.

Brian K. Zoeller was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 1970.
Brian graduated from Indiana University School of Law in 1996, after earning two bachelor's degrees in political science and history at the University of Indianapolis. He graduated in 1992 from UI cum laude with distinction in both majors.
Brian's extensive volunteer work as a guardian ad litem as well as the efforts of his fellow partners led to the Firm receiving the distinguished Heartland Pro Bono Award. He also served as Teen Court Judge from 1999 to 2000 and provided free legal advice via phone through Legal Lines in 1999.
