Lynn A. Toops was born in Teutopolis, Illinois, and graduated summa cum laude from Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois in 2003.
After earning her bachelor’s degree, Lynn graduated summa cum laude from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 2006. During law school Lynn served as Student Note Editor of the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review and Assistant Chief Justice of the Moot Court Board. Lynn also competed and served as captain in the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Competition.
