Rick has been with Cohen & Malad since 1973 and has been its Senior Partner since the death of Lou Cohen in 1992.
Rick has had extensive trial experience in business and injury litigation, but in recent years, has focused on commercial and real estate disputes and lender representation.

Richard M. Malad was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, in 1946. He grew up on the West side of the city and graduated from Cathedral High School in 1963.
Rick graduated cum laude from Indiana University School of Law in 1973 after completing his undergraduate degree in biology from Marian College.
Rick's hobbies include coaching baseball, anything involving the outdoors, golf, Indiana Pacers and Indianapolis Colts.
