Past Employment

  • Prior to joining Cohen & Malad in 2004, Kelley worked during law school for the Indiana Supreme Court Administration and the Public Defender of Indiana.

Kelley J. Johnson represents individuals and businesses in a variety of civil litigation matters in both federal and state court. Her practice focuses primarily in business disputes.

Kelley graduated from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis where she was on the Dean’s List and was Student Chair of the Indianapolis Bar Association, Law Student Division. Kelley also served as Executive Notes Editor of the Indiana International & Comparative Law Review.

Currently, Kelley serves on the Board of Directors for the Indianapolis Bar Foundation and is an associate member of the Sagamore American Inn of Court.
