Scott represents individual and corporate clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts. His practice includes the following areas of law:

Scott brings a diverse civil and criminal litigation background to his current practice. He is presently counsel in several class actions involving consumer protection, landowner rights, debtor's rights and securities fraud, including actions pending in Indiana and other state and federal jurisdictions around the United States.

Scott graduated cum laude from the Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis in 1992, and was a member of the Indiana Law Journal from 1990 to 1992. He completed his undergraduate work in journalism and political science at IU in Bloomington in 1989.
