Jeff S. Gibson was born in Shelbyville, Indiana, in 1975.
In 2000, Jeff graduated from Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis, after he earned his bachelor's degree in criminal justice and psychology from Indiana University in Bloomington in 1997.
Jeff is currently serving on the board of directors for the Indianapolis YMCA.
